I needed a washer at short notice - am in between automatics! Ordered this one having read reviews etc - what was delivered was branded Costway but they’re all the same machine (I’d seen that in one of the vids on YouTube)It’s light, easily moved - I’m female in my mid-sixties and doesn’t take up much room.I have a lot of laundry to do - mainly cloths and towels that I use to dry my dogs - the constant rain has turned my garden into a mud bath so the dogs need at least their feet cleaning each time they go out.This machine copes well and doesn’t take much time to get through a load - the spinner is very good.My only complaint is the size of the water inlet hose - it’s tiny and no way would it ever fit over any tap. Depending on your tap, you could use a hosepipe connector, but the taps in my utility room are old and I can’t find a connector that will fit . It’s not a big deal - I use a bucket .. But this should be highlighted in the description/details. It’s not a big enough negative for me to knock a star off - for the price (I got a money off voucher) and the job it does, I think this machine is good value for money.There’s also the nostalgia value for me - I grew up with grandparents and parents who used twin tubs ☺️

Absolutely brilliant, Ideal compact size that fits lovely in the only small space i had available. I had no option of plumbing for a standard one therefore this was a great alternative l, and certainly wouldn’t be without it now, absolutely love it!. Drains rather quickly and washes your clothes as clean as a standard washing machine, and is so easy to use (easier than I expected) Would highly recommend

Bought this very recently and stopped working. I think it’s the motor. I’m sure it says warranty I wonder what kind of warranty do they mean can anyone help me out? If I get the right help will share it here

I deliberately held off writing something about the twin tub as the last one I bought did not last very long. & the company would not send me parts to fix the previous one as they work by warranty.However, have to say that this twin tub has been with me a number of years now & doing the job beautifully.Did break down by not rotating except when done by hand but somehow self righted itself.It’s a good item that is ideal for my small home & even smaller laundry space.A must have for the smaller man’s flat.

Received this quickly. Couldn’t wait to test it out and I wasn’t disappointed. We live in a small upstairs open plan flat so the size is perfect yet not too small. Fits neatly behind the sofa in the kitchen area out the way and light enough to carry over to the sink with handles either side. I’m 5ft and 52 and carried it easily. Some tips: fill the washer with a bowl/bucket as the filler hose isn’t fit for purpose unfortunately, mainly due to my type of tap but the hose doesn’t have tap attachments either. Don’t overfill, once the washer starts going it covers a large span so I only filled a third or bit less. Always use the disc in the spinner as it stabilises it to spin smoothly. It washes and spins great. Used by the sink, as I wash in the washer, spin, rinse and fabric softener in the sink bowl and spin again. It’s quicker this way. I used a bucket for out hose water. I didn’t think it would be good enough for heavy stuff like my sons hoodies but they washed and spun great. Would recommend

Thus is better than my washing machine at home. Recommend it it washes big amount of washing at a time.

The washing motor burnt out after 2 years.For me, I expected longer than 2 years for the £140 cost. Now I have a large sized product I need to get rid of, and a lot of plastic waste, because of a unsuitable motor.I will try to get a replacement motor, but it probably won't be easy to find or replace.
