Replacement for Bissell Tank Bottom Assembly for Premier Pet Uprights, and DeepClean Deluxe. Replaces OEM N. 1600092

My over 15-year-old Bissell carpet scrubber has been great and always done a good job but the other day when cleaning the living room carpet I went to lift the tank to empty it and the seam at the bottom of the this tank was leaking badly, nearly dumped half the dirty water from the tank back on the floor. I tried gluing the seam as there were no cracks in the tank but it did not work well. I was happy to find that parts were available for the Bissell scruber and I'd not need to spend $250+ to replace it. While 15 years a good run, I imagine the rest of the machine is in at least fairly good shape considering it only gets used two or three times per year. Transferring everything for the new Tank was very easy, everything fit and worked perfectly. I gave the carpet scrubber a good thorough cleaning, it might need new brushes at some point (also available) but I figure I am good now for at least another 5 years. I like products that are serviceable not just through away and buy a new one.

Great replacement, seems to work better then the original part.

It was the right size for my carpet cleaner but it broke after the first use.

Although this is the perfect replacement for my carpet cleaner, it is quite expensive. But I guess this is the price for dropping the original canister on the floor.

Second time ordering. Same result each time. Item looks to be packaged by 1'st graders resulting in a damaged product. Here's a hint Amazon, this product is meant to hold water, and the large cracks that it keeps coming with make that a bit impossible.
