Gorgeous little fire stove. My first one.My daughters love it, same as I.My cat also loves to lie down in front of it and enjoy the flames and warmth.Flame is very realistic, you can dim it, 4 levels of brightness.Good warmth, you can choose 2 outputs. And can regulate Heath level. Found out that in summer will be able to coolthe room downas it has fan without heat.The remote control is extra plus from me!Warm is good, a bit noisy for me, but it is my first heater with fan. But will get to use to it. We use it at evenings as our sitting room is a bit cold. Can watch TV without problem.No smell at all.Came already with legs attached,just had to screw the handle (metal, real feel).Door is plastic, but with glass window.Soft cream colour, not white. But it just adds coziness.Overall look feels real, my aunty had very similar size and shape real fire stove. Plastic wood inside - hat off for the designer, looks very real. Flame is orange/yellow.Hopefully it will last.

Bought this for my summer house, and its size suits that well. Will not fool anyone re being the real thing but it is a good looking little fire as a focal point. Flame effect is fine, and heat works well in my small space. Remote control is a worthwhile feature, and has four dimmer settings as well as the two heat settings. Normal controls are behind the opening door. Fan is reasonably quiet and unobtrusive, and is same speed for both heat settings.Only small issue is that power chord is black which does not suit my cream colour scheme.

Fire came quickly and was very well packed. It is quite adorable and works very well. Very quiet, fire effect is delightful and it heats up our conservatory very quickly. The remote is a bonus too. Does not get hot which is good for pets such as a small chihuahua! An excellent purchase!

No experience of heat output as yet but will review again in Winter. Lovely design and a good size for my hearth.Only used light feature so far which gives the impression of it working for real and actually makes you feel warmer without the heater part switched on. Lovely off-white colour although the door is slightly darker which is barely noticable. the handle sticks out a bit and is a bit modern looking but small design issue really and could probably be changed. Handy remote control although we havent used it yet and manual controls are easy. Also. handy little instruction manual. Good value for money and I might even buy another if it's a harsh Winter although want to see if it's cheap to run too. Overall, very pleased with this item and will review again later in the year.

I was bit unsure about colour as there was mixed comments ... went on ahead and ordered one so glad i did its a beautiful colour off white/ vanilla icecream colour ... in daylight its an off white in the dull of the day and night its vanilla ... abso beautiful fire looks more exspensive than the picture was taken by suprise ,beautiful coal affect, flames so real so relaxing at night cant keep my eyes of it ... very happy with this fire hoping ive many years with it and ive no future problems.

Have To Admit I was a bit Hesitant when I placed This order with so many products To choose from in This range and most importantly different price ranges To choose from. having really just received This product literally This week I can add That all my doubts of unsure are behind me. This product as made a lovely addition To my existing fire surround without Taking all The room my previous electric fire Took up. comes in a choice of colours traditional Black or Cream I opted for The cream look knowing This would blend in nicely with my fire surround I was not wrong. comes with a choice of Two Heat settings simply High or Low I found These both adequate heat sources even constantly on The low setting This stove can generate heat for you. operation of The controls can be made by The accompanying remote control supplied with your fire with simple press On/Off settings and control of your heat settings. alternatively you can use manual control by simply opening The door to your fire with all your controls out of sight behind The fires door. incidentally you can use your fire with the door opened or close adding another little dimension for you whichever way you want To display your fire stove. comes packed as one unit The only Thing separate in your box contents are The remote and your door handle To your fire. a simple screw into place with your handle on The door and your all set To go That simple really. Most importantly for you I should add once lighted up This fire really does give out and generate That warm glow feeling and I can see myself winter nights really settling down and Taken with This Electric fire stove. having not purchased This kind of Stove before and I said at The start I was hesitant I can honestly say That personally I know now I have made The right decision in purchasing This model. certainly like myself for first Time buyers with These Type of Electric fires it comes Highly recommended.

This stove is not as heavy as our optimist stove as it is not cast but is very easy to move about. It’s attractive and it gives a very acceptable appearance and function and price is very comparable to others on the market. In our opinion better than the Dimplex with similar function. It is for our holiday let as visitors are not using our optimist properly but we would be pleased to have this in our home.

Unfortunately this product arrived damaged but the return and refund was handled without too much delay.The packaging seemed good for purpose but the fire itself was a lot 'flimsier' than l expected and fan very noisy due to the backing panel not correctly fitted.
