They arrived as expected. I compared them to the original head that came with the toothbrush. They look original, I spend a lot of time before purchase and after inspecting if anythings fake. Not sure what the fake review was on, Let's face it Amazon's reviews can be on a different product and have flaws. Price was the best around and I have twinkly teeth on my kids. That's when they don't lie about brushing their teeth.

Quick delivery. My child found brush to be still too hard on his gums.

Good replacement heads. Wasn't too sure after reading another review that said they didn't fit properly. Once I got them and put it on I too was unsure but when I compared it to the last, discovered it fit just the same. Think they are not meant to fit snugly to the base of the device.

These heads are good, fit well etc, BUT they're identical. We have two children in our family, but there's no way of telling whose is whose. The adult heads have a ring that can be swapped for a different colour, and the previous version of these came in red and blue. Surely we can't be the only household where it would be useful to be able to tell toothbrushes apart.

Work beautifully on daughters teeth! even the design helps differentiate from the adult ones with only their small shapes on the base... will keep buying..

Nothing beats the original stuff.I tried replacements brands, they look the same (almost), feels the same at the first use, but then that it.Pricy, but very good.

More than happy and will re-order. These are clearly genuine. I've bought cheap batches in the past which have been poor quality. So will stick to this in future!
