First time using this product and it is great

Love this brand, product, and overall products from Jane Carter solutions. Works well with curly, natural hair type. Smells amazing and doesn't dry or flake hair. Moisture level is good and gives amazing shine! Also very easy to use. Go buy this and any other products from this brand a.s.a.p!

This product since I first used it years ago stuck with me. I used it once, finished the bottle and kept putting off buying another because I couldn’t find it again in stores. Years passed and I used everything on store counters. I finally found it again here and bought it. Now I’m reunited with this bottle that leaves my hair feeling natural, together and not frizzy, and just in state of calm. Yes we are talking about my hair still. I’d recommend it especially for Puerto Rican men’s hair because that what I have. I Love You thanks a bunch!

First... The spray bottle is TERRIBLE! It does not spray. It shoots a stream. Literally. No spray at all. You will need to buy another spray bottle if you do not have one already to use this.Second... It smells SOOOOOO good to ME, BUT... It is a VERY strong scent. If you're sensitive to strong smells definitely bypass this. It smells strong enough to overpower your perfume. I think it smells wonderful however I wish it was not so strong and overpowering. That won't make ME not buy again. Just fyi.Third... It is like water, not cream. Now this is exactly what I was looking for, for my 8 year old, mixed daughter with type 4, low porosity hair. Her hair has a really hard time absorbing ANYTHING (even water). So thick products just sit on her hair and do nothing but cause build up. Just want to make sure everyone is aware this is a watery consistency.So far I have not really tried the product to see how it works on her hair, as when I tried to spray it, i realized I will have to go to the store and buy a new bottle for it.Fourth... When it arrived it had leaked in the package. Not much, but the bag it was in was wet. I didn't lose enough of the product to make me ask for a replacement or refund.I will come back in a few days and provide a update on how product works after I get a spray bottle so I can use it as it's not usable when it sprays in a stream.

I’m a guy with fine, long hair. I’d been using JCS for about a year to help detangle my hair after washing. My last order of this product was completely different. They changed the dispensing cap as well as the formula of the product. The new one smells and feels like watered down perfumey hand soap. It is now mostly clear instead of the milky color I’m used to (see nearly empty bottle on right in pic) The scent is both different and much more intense than the original. If that wasn’t bad enough, it is a broken product - by changing the formula, they also changed how it dispenses. Instead of getting a fine spray mist when you pump, you get a single thin stream of liquid. That makes it impossible to apply to your hair in an even manner. Evidently, they didn’t even test this new stuff before shipping it.Apparently they also do not offer refunds. This is scummy behavior when you completely change a product and sell it under the guise of the original. I got “lucky” in that my shipment was damaged in transit. My mailbox smells like cheap perfume but I was able to get a refund.

This really refreshes and revitalizes your natural hair. It helps braids really last and look good. I started using this on my grandson's hair. Now I use it on my hair as well. It makes dry hair soft and moist. I've used a pharmacy of hair products in search of one that works. This is the one for me.Its's been really hard to find Jane Carter products. I don't know what happened, but these products were a God send. Shame someone or something messed this product up. Sad about it all.

I was looking for a quality leave-in conditioner being that I ran out of Organix conditioner. I came across this product, researched some reviews and became convinced to purchased it. After the first use; I've noticed that the product is really good for de-tangling and for dry hair. It leaves the hair soft and even softer when paired with a complimentary oil such as EVOO or a serum like Organix Coconut Milk anti-breakage serum. My hair was recently colored and it didn't fade my hair color at all; if anything it gave my hair a lively shine to a dark color treated hair like mine. The fragrance is very subtle, it doesn't linger and it aids in good for blow drying. The one thing that I want Jane Carter to do is create a cream based version of this for more control of the product and the winter/fall months for that the hair needs something that sticks to coated the hair in order to protect it from extreme cold weather and wind; other than that its definitely a 5/5 star rating; it's worth the money.

Super disappointed because this is not the same formula. The old one was a yellowish color and not oily. Spray bottle was terrible and shot out in streams. The old formula was absolutely amazing and I used it for years. Sad to see it go.
