Pros AND Cons. PLEASE READ
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ: this needs to be strapped on uneven / risky surfaces. Let me start by saying this arrived very rapidly, for being heavy thats very impressive! However theres a bit of a learning curve upon opening. YOU NEED TO PRACTICE WITH THIS, ON STABLE STRONG SURFACES, before job siteing it. The locks are strong but need to be DOUBLE CHECKED . Somtimes the rungs surpass the locking mechanism and dont latch. Do not unfold in a rush and hurry up it. It borders on the edge of unsafe. but with TIME and PRACTICE is somewhat safe. Its a little flimsy ( i bought the tallest one available) but the hooks and stabilizers help and are strong. Takes some getting used to but the idea and convenience is too great to pass up. The fact he got it to being just this weight is amazing! Very compact and affordable :)

Sturdy, does not require a lot of storage area, easy to carry.
Really cool ladder, first telescoping one that I've had. Generally a 16 and 1/2 ft ladder is really bulky and requires a lot of storage, this one minimizes to around 4 ft and although it's slightly heavy it's easy to carry. There is a plastic hand piece in the middle to where you can carry it to your side and balances well. It does give you a workout, cleaned out my gutters and was like I went to the gym because the steps are about 2 ft apart, really works those quads. Not a huge fan of heights but the ladder was sturdy enough to negate the fear. As stated, I haven't tried other ones, but for the price and using it a few times a year, it was perfect for me.

Gets it done
Wobbly, but gets the job done. I really like the ability to store and transport it easily.

Great ladder
Great ladder works as intended. Not as small as I thought. Also just a little on the heavy side.

Ladder well made but shipped without needed parts.
Ladder is reasonably stable when fully extended. The problem is that the stabilizer bar at the bottom of the ladder cannot be installed. The ladder shipped without the bolts needed to install. Very disappointing, now I need to get these separately.

100% Not safe!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
Dont risk your life on this POS. If I could give it, zero stars, I would. The company that manufacturers this should be ashamed. I am OSHA 80 certified. Ladder was pitched correctly. Everything was locked. Only extended 16 feet 2/3rds of what it says it can do. one of the tubes on it collapsed about 12 foot off the ground while I was on it!!! Im not even a big guy Absolute piece of trash!!!!

Well worth the price
Lightweight very compact fit perfectly in the back of my Toyota RAV4 I use it for doing odd jobs like trimming trees fixing one story home or garage roofs. I'm very satisfied with the buy.

Pays for itself quickly!
The downspout to my gutter was loose at the top so I thought I should just remove it and hang a rain chain instead. This little old lady is short and afraid of heights. To call around to find a handy man who's willing to take such a small job and to schedule a time that is convenient for both sounds like a lot of work. It will also cost me at least two hours of labor at no less than $50/hr. And they always have family members who get sick or better jobs to take, so my appointment gets pushed back. Eventually their van will get broken into and I will get a gofundme link...It is quicker to just buy a ladder, grow a pair of balls, and man up. So I did that. I set up the ladder correctly (making sure that it wasn't wobbly at any point), put on sturdy shoes with grippy soles, and started growing balls. I couldn't go all the way up on my first attempt. I tried again the next day, and next... Every time I climbed, I felt a bit more confident and went up one more step. No rush, I make sure that my footing is firm and that my grips are strong.Downspout came down, rain chain went up with a hook. Then I started cleaning out the gutters. Still not ready to go all the way up. So I went high enough to reach into the gutter. I could feel and grab the debris with my hand, that's good enough. The ladder paid for itself in less than a week. Thank you Jeff and everyone at Amazon who help me overcome my fears!
