XL-2100U/XL-2100 Projection LAMP with HOUSING for Sony 30DAYS Refund and 120DAY Warranty

Bulb is not that good. It takes about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes for the T.V. to have a clear picture.

Bought this replacement lamp for my 8 year Old SONY LCD rear projection TV andreasonably happy. The lamp is nearly not as bright as the original that came with the TV,but this was cheaper than SONYs., and does the job. I did a DIY install with the SONY docs,and it was fairly simple to replace the lamp, and its been ~6mos and still working,althought my TV usage has dropped significantly in the same period! Thanks NetFlix :-)Othrwise, for the price this does the job and I might just buy another lamp just incase they failor no longer sold in a couple of years.

It is not like the first bulb came with Sony TV. It takes 1 minute to warm-up and 3-4 indicator lights to start. Picture is dark in bigning and gets OK after one minute. Its life is questionable. I have used after market bulb like this in past. They have life less than 1 year. I don't know how long this will last, may be 5-6 month.

This is a great product. It fits perfectly. It's just like plug and play. If you don't know how to disassembly your TV you can watch lots of videos on the web. It took me around 15 minutes to disassembly the front panel and change the lamp, so it's not difficult at all.

Unit failed to turn on for a minute, then came on only dimly.Unsatisfactory. I looked long and hard at similar product listings and decided to go with this seller and item. After locating an allen wrench that would work on our TV, we installed the bulb with no issue, and the TV picture is back, like new.The seller's warranty was a big part of the decision to purchase. The price was much more favorable than Sony's!!! Packaging was fine, delivery was very quick.Thanks!

I bought this bulb to replace the one that had. I replace it in Dec 2013 by March 2014 the bulb was dead. The bulb didn't even last 5 month and the warranty was for only 30 days.

Our Sony tv is getting older and every once in a while it will blow a bulb. We just replace it and everything is fine, I bought this is a back -up and have not had to use it yet. I am sure there will be no problem with this bulb as I have bought them before.
