Great starter truck
This thing is tough and pretty fast right out of the box. Get a better battery and charger.

A good first good RC car
Battery issues already - had my local hobby shop initiate a return on battery that came with car and got an upgraded battery. Also had to upgrade the charger (but that was before we determined we had a battery issue). Already thinking about either upgrading since this model is easily upgradeable to 4x4, or just jumping into a second car since you only get about 25 minutes at a time with this car...All that being said, this is a fun car. Can do jumps, runs well in grass, gravel, mulch. Kids now want one - maybe they'll get other cars from the boost lineup though
