Quick breakfast to set you up!
I was looking for a shake with all the RDA of vitamins that I’d need, with the added benefit of slow release energy, to break my intermittent fast. Have the strawberry and usually add 200ml of water, ice and 1tsp of sugar syrup (I hate the taste of sweeteners!), blend it up in my blendjet and I’m away! Sometimes if I’m feeling fruity, I’ll add different frozen fruits - big fan of the strawberry as you can mix any fruits in and they go together. Wondering if the chocolate would be the same!All in all, would recommend this product - it’s also great at festivals to get you going with vitamins, if you’ve been on the bevvies the night before and are only eating takeaway!

Disappointing
A rather disappointing purchase from T.P.WI have brought other items from TPW before and have found them on the whole to be rather good products. Alas this time I'm afraid this just doesn't hit the mark. The flavour was rather mute so much so I'd say it could have been unflavoured, the consistency wasn't very good either when made to their recommendations it was very thin. To bulk it out and to prevent hunger hitting me by late morning I had to add rolled oats otherwise I think I may have been reaching for a mid-morning snack which kind of defeats the point really. I have tried two breakfast shakes this one and one from myprotien and I must say that the TPW one pales in comparison to myprotien. All in all stick to protien whey rather purchase this.

Nice tasting strawberry shake with good balance of nutrients
This is a very good shake, the flavour isn't too sweet and tastes quite natural and this is much preferable to me as other shakes have far too much of a artificial sweet taste. This one is just perfect. I normally have this for lunch with a combination of yoghurt, milk and various fruits. It fills me up very generously and keeps me full easily until dinner time. I'll definitely be buying another one as drinking these for lunch saves me far more money than having to buy meal deals or a cheeky mcdonalds. Not to mention much healthier.

Great taste!
strawberry cream tastes just like a milk shake not too sweet and no over powering flavour of protein! Use a blender ideally can feel a little bit 'bitty' still but it does have flax seed ect.. very filling last me up until lunch time.

Great Taste
It tastes rather nice. It's a nice smooth shake and easy to drink, unlike some I have had in the past. Only one thing for me, it didn't fill me and I was hungry all morning. I'm not sure if this is supposed to fill you or just boost your breakfast. Anyway, it's a great taste!

Leaves a bit of sediment but otherwise ok
I've previously ordered MyProtein's Total Breakfast quite a few times and ordered this as a replacement due to the more convenient delivery options. In comparison to that, this unfortunately appears to leave more grit/sediment at the bottom. The flavour is otherwise fine (for what it is), so I will be ordering again.

I’ve had other products from the protein works before. this is gritty, runny and has no taste!!
