The mentioned fabric is polyster and the delivered fanric is nylon as in a track pant. For a track pant 699 is high cost

The mentioned size is 40inch and I received the product which is not even 37inches. I ordered this same product third time, the black one was fine which I ordered 9months back.. Olive green was small so I had to give that to someone and I ordered it again to see that it’s completely useless to me. Please mention your size chart correctly..
