Incredibly sceptical buying this but I was in so much pain and not able to sleep even with pain killers when I came across this at 5am. I had little hope. The first few days after putting it on, it helped with managing the pain. It definitely decreased the pain a lot but threre was a little pain still left. I even wore it to sleep as that's the time my pain would hit its highest. After about a week of wearing it at nights and during the day at intervals my siatica pain seems to be gone. Definitely worth the purchase. I will be keeping it close to me for the next time my siatica pain comes back. Cannot recommend it enough

This item is very well made and having read other reviews it clearly does work for some people but sadly not for me, no matter how many ways I positioned and tightened it. Hence 5 stars for quality but zero for pain relief. I don't regret trying it, anything is worth a shot when you have bad sciatica. Wishing you all well in your pain management and recovery.

Totally ineffective for me. Infact, increased the pain and discomfort. Would not recommend.

Ordered without hope as I have had severe sciatica for months but what I’m spending on chiropractor, painkillers, heat pads etc what’s another £20?!The pain isn’t completely gone but what a relief to be able to stand up without agony. I no longer have pins and needles, no cramp and it’s only been 2 days! Worth every penny.Package arrived on time

I don't often review products, good or bad where its well deserved I happily make an exception.I've no idea what some people do with this product, but its very easy to follow instructions & wear in accordance with said instructions.I held off buying this, until someone on a social media site quietly said it worked for them.For the money, I caved in & gave it a go.My sacroiliac joint unlike most people's, isn't fused, so quite literally pops out from time to time. This makes my working & private life a living hell at times, but I've muddled through regardless.I've relied upon a brutal sports massage to sort me out. But with lockdown I've just soldiered on.It got to the point where I just simply couldn't cope anymore & was struggling to move.Bang on que this strap arrived. I hate needles, but have successfully tried acupuncture before...but seriously how on earth could this strap do the job?!Well, suffice to say it has. Amazing bloomin thing, who'd have guessed it.Wore it at home & discovered i could move more & better. Wore it at work...omg, managed a normal plus day at work & then some, almost back to my old self.I can't celebrate this product enough. Yes it works, yes its very reasonably priced & I cannot explain what a difference its made to my life. Long may it continue.

I read some positive reviews about this so thought I’d try. Let’s face it, you reach a point when you’ll try anything! It made absolutely no difference to me. I moved it several times, in case the magnet was in the wrong position, but it didn’t work. If you do have sciatica or any chronic pain, read The Mindbody Prescription by Dr John Sarno and research TMS (tension myosotis syndrome). This led me onto a path of healing and recovery after over a year of chronic sciatica with horrendous MRI results and being on a surgery waiting list.

I have had sciatica for 2 years, so those who know how debilitating it is, like me will try anything. Ordered it Monday, came Tuesday, fitted it which is simple and easy, maybe a little of a fiddle ,diagram shows you exactly where to fit the accupad. I suffer from nerve pain in the right side of my knee at night it’s unbearable, even with pain relief, so last night I tried it, reduced my pain to a tolerable level, which I’m delighted with. It’s not curative of your sciatica but in my short experience with it, it helped my symptoms, read all you can about acupressure, lots of articles to help you understand how it works, good luck

I bought this strap for my husband after a physiotherapist at our GP surgery diagnosed him with sciatica and sent him home with some exercises and a pack of cocodamol. After experiencing severe pain and numbness in both legs and in his bottom, my husband phoned the doctor again. Again, an appointment was given to see the same physio. We stood our ground and requested to see an actual doctor this time and it was lucky we did! My husband was rushed to hospital and after an MRI scan, he ended up needing emergency surgery for a slipped disk that was pressing on his nerves. This is cauda Equina syndrome and often misdiagnosed as sciatica but it can cause permanent disability if not properly diagnosed and treated early. Please make sure you see an actual doctor and make sure this really is sciatica first!
