My dog loves her licking mats, I smear all sorts of food on them, yogurt, peanut butter, sweet potato.cottage cheese, unsweetened apple sauce, wet dog food. You can freeze the mats or not, as you wish. Keeps her occupied for a decent while.I put them in the dishwasher to clean, no problem.Plus, the price for 3 is very inexpensive. Makes a good gift for a dog owner.

Best invention ever!
My puppy LOVES this lick mat! I put some peanut butter on it and she is happy to lick this thing for 40mins straight. I usually give it to her while I want to do something quiet, like read or take a bath. It's mentally stimulating so after going for a walk and licking this, she is pooped! Highly recommend!
