This bag is quite decent for value. If your looking for a bag that sways a little when you punch, this is the one as it's not lightweight in the sense it moves too much (or at least that's what I find).The one thing I will point out however is a flaw in the screws & plugs. The screw for the bottom bracket simply doesn't fit too well because of its length but luckily, the two at the top hols it pretty well that the bottom one can be used with a longer screw to reach the plug after slotting it though the frame support.

Clearly not brand new, chain bolts and skipping rope not in packaging, ?? A return. Supplier eventually sent bolts and chain, still no skipping rope. Item itself is good

It is really easy to assemble and to put on a wall and it a really good product to use for whatever kicking or punching sports really good quality and it comes with a really cool key ring

The Punch bag is fine for my teenage son to use however the bracket which is supplied half of it was missing also the Metal bracket was poor quality and bends very easily. Contacted supplier who never even got back to me. The punchbag was also dirty an had a number of marks on it.
