HI, does this toy make any noise?

No. It has two chambers inside which allows the kibble to pass through from the unscrewable lidded neck to the lower adjustable hole in the base. The dog noses the heavily based toy and it wobbles about until a treat appears out of the bottom. Just keeps the dog mentally busy, pushing this toy around the floor wondering when and where a treat will appear.

I set the door that the kibble falls out of in the middle but it doesn't stay put, it slides open or closes when my dog plays with it? Is it faulty?

It maybe? The door on ours is quite hard to move, so if yours is loose and moves too easily that maybe a problem. Our dog has worked out where the food comes out and If it’s left with her too long she chews and bites at the door and has worked out that she can move it!

Which size is best for a staffy?

Depending on the size of your dog. I got small for my shih Tzu

How do you clean it? it says 'super easy to clean'. but i can't see how to open it. thank you

I wipe down the outside with diluted fairy liquid. I expect you could pour water through the little hole in the top but i imagine it would take some draining!
