Oil of Oregano is so good for you in so many different ways! I used to take capsules but found I wasn’t digesting them as efficiently as I do with drops but fair warning: this stuff is STRONG! it has a very strong (nasty) sorta taste but I usually just do x2 FULL droppers into my mouth in the evening and I’m fine (I do one full dropper at a time, followed by a chaser - water is ok but something carbonated usually masks the flavor a little better) also on the TMI side: I do them in the evening because it also helps with digestion so that way, come morning, anything that needs to come out, can come out before I start my day…You can even use this topically but like I said, it’s strong so it might give you a slightly kind of burning sensation. I’ve found mixing with coconut oil really helps decrease that sensation and a little goes a loooong way!

I bought, but haven't used this oil yet because I really don't like the smell. Its so strong, I put it atop a kitchen cabinet and have been looking at it for weeks, reluctant to deal with it. To its credit, this oil seems very potent and the price was reasonable. I'd like to give it a try someday; Oregano Oil is supposed to have many benefits, but I just don't know if I'll be able to get past the smell. Others might not have an aversion to it, but unfortunately, I do.

It has a strong taste (as it should), which gives me confidence that it’s concentrated and high quality.I’ve used it diluted in water to relieve throat discomfort and boost my immune system, and it’s helped a lot. I’ve also applied it externally mixed with another oil to treat mild skin irritations—and it works really well!I love that it’s natural, with no weird additives. You just have to be careful with the amount because it’s very potent. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

Has a very strong taste, but great for all around health. I take daily and feel great results in my immune system and gut health, possibly even vaginal health.

its very strong u must mix with water a full glass even then it still sorta burned my throat. i lost my sense of smell and i smelled this a few times a day and got it back, this is very potent and a good product

I purchased this organic oregano oil for its medicinal benefits and largely based on its healthy ingredients; it's fairly priced and a great value in my opinion. Nicely packaged. Amber bottle. No stickiness and easy to dispense. It's extremely potent, however, so buyer beware. I've been unable to take it as prescribed: approx. 5 drops in a small amount of water. I tried to dilute it in larger amounts of flavored fluids: orange juice, tea with lemon, etc., but if anything, the potency seemed to be greatly amplified.Presently, I use it in addition to my mouthwash with only one drop in the cap of my mouthwash bottle. It's not a pleasant taste at full potency, so I intend to begin reducing the dosage per few ounces of water multiple times a day to get the daily dosage.
