Cooking quality is insurmountable.
Beautiful pies cooked to perfection. A bit expensive but worth it. Easy to clean, as it is dishwasher safe.

Aside from its visual appeal, the fact that it is ceramic rather than metal allows you to make pie without a crust without any significant sticking. Tender crust can be a challenge at times unless you use lots of butter/lard, so going crustless is a healthier option.
