good magnifier
It seems pretty good in terms of magnification, light is nice and bright and dims nicely. I guess my only complaint would be I wish the the arms were longer for more adjust-ability. They are shorter than the ones on my old one this is replacing but not a deal breaker. This one folds up in its storage position better than my old one because the head on this one has much more range of motion.

IT'S BRIGHT!!!
I think, a great value for the price. The best one I've bought in the last 10 years. IT'S BRIGHT, on the LOW setting. A very good value!

Great magnification
Love this product. The light is powerful and the magnification works well for me. A little more rotation range would be preferred.

adjustable brightness is a plus. Other lamps like thhishave two or three settings only
Lens is clear with with little or no distorsion. Great for close up work

Cord frayed from lamp in two months
Purchased in March, used at least 3 days a week, and today the electricity cord frayed completely in two and broke close to the lamp head. Too short to repair. Worked for two months.
