WODFitters Double Lacrosse Ball Peanut Massage Ball for Thoracic Spine - Upper Back, Neck, Scapula - Ideal for Mobility work before and after WOD

This is a really useful device, but actually I think I personally get a better effect with single lacrosse balls on my very tight upper back muscles. I bought this to try, but I think I will probably go back to the original. I can see how it would help with a tight spine.

I have had little time to try out your produ t, and need to practice for the upper spine as I hv neck problems, but certainly feels good to use so far, have given four stars as feel this can only help my problem, thank you

Great product. I have suffered from back issues for about a year and regularly have seen a physio to solve constant issues.One of the guys at Crossfit lent me one of these to help as my back has been playing up the last few weeks.The mobility it has given me back is amazing so bought this straight away!A great product, just dont buy the cheap ones they are not firm enough.

Brought for my boyfriend for his syatica. It helps but they are hella hard to lie on and use for your back.

This is my first buy of a lacrosse ball, arrived very quickly, in a nice bag and first se tells me it is great for giving those running muscles some need for relaxation. Good feel to the ball and the right hardness. Very pleased so far, thank you.
