Having a wizardry length untrimmed beard and the use of endless products to tame the strays and the fullness of my beard, I stumbled across The Beard Struggle and was blown away with all the 5 star reviews about this product. I was so hyped I had to try! Sadly, for me its definitely not a 5 star product. However, some pros: - quality packaging - feels premium - beard feels soft & smooth after applying (did wash & dry before applying) - leaves beard with a nice shine (if this is the result you're looking for) - came with a free sample of beard oil - came with a free rubber wristband Some cons: - feels greasy when applying - pricey, feels and smells like some products 1/2 the price I have tried - No hold, feels more like a hair moisturiser, was hoping to have some hold with beeswax mentioned in the ingredients - Alfheim Forest scent which describes Sandalwood as a note, does not have this scent whatsoever May have to try using more of the product to get the beard to hold but feels greasy when applying :( Also, I might try the Gentleman's Wax but unsure as this beard balm also states it has beeswax in the ingredients for hold. Solely as a balm/ moisturiser for hair = good but pricey Max 3 stars for me as beeswax/ Sandalwood scent were the selling points.

Got bought this for Father's Day first time. Used it daily. Was so impressed I bought the second one. Great smell. You don't need much to style and tame the beard.

First off I have to say I love the Beard Struggle brand - I have bought a few things from their website and have found both the service & products to be outstanding and was SO happy to see them finally sell on Amazon!!! So to the product itself…. I am the proud owner of a strong, long and thick beard and use a combination of 3 products on my beard - L’Oréal barber club oil (EXTREMELY good value for money and absorbs well on my beard) which I use before bed & if ‘staying home’, seven potions beard wax (again GREAT value for money but quality is inconsistent - sometimes smooth, sometimes grainy) as a day to day styling wax and finally the Beard Struggle Beard WAX (for when I want extra hold and a high quality fragrance) for ‘special occasions’!!!! Now I have to say the Beard Wax from Beard Struggle is probably the best beard wax I will ever come across…. SUPER strong hold for my long thick beard & smells fantastic…. A great tip is to heat it first with a hairdryer before applying - works a treat!!! So why only 3 stars? I was expecting ’medium’ hold as per the description with the Beard Balm and unfortunately there is little to no hold so it won’t be able to become my day to day styling product which is a real shame as the smell/texture is wonderful & the feeling in my beard when putting it on is great but I just need that little bit more hold to stop my beard flopping around in the wind!!!! I will still be using the balm though as like I said it is great quality and smells lovely, but will be using it as a moisturiser as opposed to a styling product. Just one question to the Beard Struggle team though….. when will you start selling the Beard Wax on Amazon??? I need it!!!!!

Tout simplement Géniale !!! Super texture, excellent parfum, et pourtant j'en ai essayé des kilos des crèmes et des cires, Françaises, Américaines, Anglaises, bref, je m'en recommande a l'instat !!! ¡Absolutamente me encanta este bálsamo Warrior de la colección Bosques de Alfheim! Tiene una textura perfecta que se derrite fácilmente en las manos y se aplica sin esfuerzo, proporcionando una fijación ligera a media que mantiene los pelos rebeldes a raya sin dejar la barba rígida o con residuos pegajosos. I’ve struggled with my beard and keeping it nice and neat. I’ve tried hundreds of different products also. The warriors beard balm smells amazing Ava keeps my beard in the best shape it’s ever been in!! I’ve purchased it for several friends that have struggled with finding a good product and they have started to use it also!! Highly recommended!!
