Not too sure about these yet
The taste is okay, but nothing I look forward to chewing. It dissolves fairly easily. I'm not sure if the benefits will be evident long-term however I don't think these are the right supplement for me. Every time I take them which has only been a few times, and only one gummy each time, I start to feel a little funny, like a headache is coming on as if I haven't eaten in a while.I know that different supplements will have different effects on different people, so what doesn't work for me may work for you. I may try them a couple more times to see if the reaction was just a fluke, but if not I will give them to someone else to try.
