I’ve had a pinched nerve in my neck for two weeks - nothing helped (ice, heat, manual massage, different sleeping positions). Got this and noticed a small improvement within an hour of first use. I’ve now had it three days and used it 5-6. Numbness in my hand is mostly gone and my strength is returning. Miracle worker or just good timing - not sure but either way it feels amazing too. I dont believe it gets as warm as it mentions (it’s barely warmer than with no heat) and I wish the controls were lower as reaching up is where my pain occurred. Long review longer - I’m please and glad I bought this one.UPDATE - so far still good. One update is it does heat up … but only at about 30 min of continuous use (built in timer is at 15 min). The 15 minute timer does not reset if you manually turn off. So if it ran 11 min of the 15 timer the next time you turn it on it will only run 4 min before having to turn on again. Not a big deal. Just a surprise.

I am quite thrifty and hesitate to ever buy nice things for myself. I suffer instead. And it has various setting options allowing the user to adjust it to how it feels best. It's not just for your neck. It works all over and those straps are great to help get it in place and keep it in place. I highly recommend this device. It's beyond a mere five stars!!!

Saw this all over TIKTOK and ordered off Amazon. I plugged it in and put it on the back of my neck and it like grabbed me like a mama kitty picks up her infant kitten... PINCHED THE HELL out of the back of my neck. I assumed user error after so many rave reviews but when I tried again I still did not love it, it was too hard and it hurt me. Returned it.

I bought this is as a gift for my father. He had a hard time getting the neck massager to rest comfortably like it it shown in the pictures. It does work well as a back massager!
