I have held off writing a review for this until i have used it during the day in sunshine and night. Firstly the product arrived earlier than i was expecting it to, so i am happy with that, it was very simple to fit onto the existing visor, as i was testing it for the first time i found that i was too short for my eyes to fit completely above the bottom of the shaded visor, but that also applies to the standard car visors anyway for me anyway. I have a car cushion which has lifted me now that the weather is turning sunnier and warmer. I am very happy with this item, i have very weak eyes with both sun glare especially magnified by glass in a car, and night car lights blind me almost, so i have found this very useful, and think it is better than using shaded glasses, as these rarely fit me anyway and slide down my nose. It is easy to switch between the two shades. I am very happy with my purchase and i would recommend this to anyone else who needs protection from both the sun and night lights while driving. Product works well, although takes a bit of getting uses to having something in front of that can be a little distracting. The overall quality is ok for the price, I mainly use it at night and it does help cut the full lights idiots use down the country roads I have to use. The product does bend a little when left on the visor in high heat, so take it off if it is going to be a particularly hot day.

I suspect that the seller has no idea how this thing is supposed to be fitted and used.To use the daytime filter, this thing has to be mounted on the vehicle's sun visor with the two filters' hinges are at the forward edge, (the hinged edge) of the visor.The daytime filter will then be in the position that the car's visor would normally occupy.In order to use the nighttime filter the whole thing must be mounted on the vehicle's sun visor the opposite way round, i.e. with filters' hinges at the rear edge of the visor (nearest the driver).The nighttime filter will, when deployed, be several inches nearer to the driver's face.This should be explained in the advert.

First delivery was damaged so seller quickly sent refund and replacement at no charge. The sun visor is easy to use and so far I have found it very useful while driving when the sun is rising or setting. Similarly the yellow filter is useful for night time driving. I would recommend both seller and product. However, a disturbing thought occurred to me recently. In the event of a crash, it is possible that the visor could be a hazard as unlike the fused visor in a car it does not have soft pading.

Excellent bit of kit. Does the job in both right sunlight and with glaring headlights. Would recommend.

Love this gadget for my car, it helps in sunlight and for the oncoming car headlights when driving at night. It’s so good this is the third one I’ve ordered, and there may be a forth.
