Great for arch support and comfort
I work in Emregency Management doing SaR, disaster response and generally helping with events and emergencies. So I wear boots quite a bit and have to walk/stand sometimes for hours. I have custom Made orthotics but those are hard and uncomfortable. These on the other hand really help my flat fleet by giving me the needed arch support, but they’re also comfortable. Are they the lost comfortable? No but that’s the sacrifice with any arch support providing insert. Out of the many (and I mean many) these are probably the best i’ve tried so far after using them for a few months. Still have a couple others i want to try and of they end up being better, I will update my review.

Awesome, just awesome
I have been wearing these in my shoes for over a year now and I am happy to say my feet are no longer on my mind everyday. I use to buy what ever I found at any store along with a lot of shoe cushions. I always thought arch support had to be the whole width of the foot, and these did feel different at the start as my feet got use to them - but I have had no issues with pain in my feet for a year now. And I no longer need the cushions I'd have to buy monthly, my feet adjusted nicely. Thank you for making a product that works!

Squeak
Cons: After three weeks of wearing these insoles, I'm not sure if they are breaking down or what. I have never had an insole squeak or make noise you can hear when you step. I tried them in several different shoes and they all did the same thing. I'm a big guy at 6' 240lbs..But on the Pro side...they are 5 star all the way for comfort, fit, and support. At this point I haven't looked to see if they are returnable.

Heal was too narrow and elevated
I have plantar fasciitis and tried these inserts. They are well made, but arch was not high enough to offer any relief of P.F. symptoms, and heal was too narrow & elevated making my foot/ankle feel very unstable. Goods news is seller was willing to accept return.

Literally saves my feet!
I have VERY high foot arches and didn't know so until I recently started a serving job. I would come home from a shift with extremely sore feet and hip soreness (that would be outright pain the next morning). I tried different shoes and one other pair of inserts, which were not effective. I tried these and OMG I cannot go back! I've now used these in my work shoes for four months and can say with utter confidence that the pain I'd feel in my feet and hips after working are gone because of these inserts! To be honest they're hard and uncomfortable the first few times of use. But I promise if you have high arches like me, these will save your body in the long run if you work on your feet! These were also a little too long, but it was easy to trim down to fit my shoea.

Most painful insoles !
These are terrible. In less than an hour I had no choice but to remove them.I can purchase insoles at Walmart and they are great from the start.Don’t waste your money or time on these!

Plantar Faciaitis Is a memory
My wife had plantar faciaitis (PF) and wore a brace in bed keeping foot angled. When I started getting the heel pain I could not stand wearing that brace. I thought my old Spenco inserts would do the trick, nope. I finally found these and initially took them out and put in whatever shoe I was going to wear. Now I have several pairs and when a coworker complains about foot pain from our steel toe boots Ill go as far as taking my boots off and pulling out the insert to show them. So, I pretty much discard all shoe inserts when I buy a new pair of shoes so I can slip in my newest walk comfy insert. Please don't make the mistake of adding this on top of the insole the shoe came with. Yank that scrap out and put this product in.

Actually works
Hey everyone!, So I've had plantar faciitis in both feet since 2010 and I've never found relief anywhere. I've tried all the other brands of inserts with high arch support and I've had orthotics made, but I still always felt a lot of pain and I also wore heel cups with them just to try anything to make my pain go down. These inserts reduced my pain the very same day I wore them, and I didn't even need the heel cups. So far it's been about a week so we'll see how long they last, but it's definitely worth paying whatever to have less foot pain. When I take my first steps in the morning, it doesn't even hurt anymore. I still feel slight pain after hours on my feet, but I'd say 50% less pain. Which is really nice!
