This is a great item to have in your arsenal of weight loss products. I wear this first thing in the morning when I go walking and then take it off in the evening. You definitely sweat up a storm. I have no idea why some reviews say it didn't make them sweat. The only way you won't sweat with this on is if you're a couch potato. I recommend this product. Only down side is typical factory smell. Definitely wash it before wearing or you might break out in a rash.

So tight - I know it should be, but difficult to take off, especially when sweaty. Not crazy about it and I haven't been using it much - the struggle is real.

I absolutely love this product. I wore it the next day after it arrived.So far after using this appears to be a pretty awesome shapewear. I normally have issues due to my short frame and generous behind lol but this fit well and didn't rise.

Great weight loss addition. The material is smooth and comfortable. It definitely helps sweat production. I like to wear mine while I’m working out so I get the ultimate benefit.

I'm 5'8" and got a medium. It was too tight. I get that they are supposed to be tight but this was ridiculous. The material does not stretch at all. I almost couldn't get it off! I recommend either sizing up or avoiding all together because this thing is not what it seems

Works great! The only thing is,bit has this terrible chemical smell that wont go away no matter how much I wash it. It kind of gives me a headache so I dont really use it too often.

I use this when I work out. It definitely helped me lose inches quicker than I was before without wearing it. I wear it in the winter to work because it's really cold where I am and it helps keep me warm though when I wear it for 8 hours my skin does become dry and itchy so if you plan to wear it for longer than a couple of hours be prepared to exfoliate your skin and moisturize more often.
