Good quality and so far has held up with multiple snow clearing efforts (multiple hours each time) as well as a few snowshoeing hikes of 2+ mile circuit so I'm very happy. My last pair (a costly name brand) lasted just one year before various stress points starting breaking down. So I have good feelings this pair will last longer at a much lower cost.

I ordered these, instead of a couple of other options, because the picture showed a full green gaiter. Instead, I received gaiters that were green up top and black at the bottom below the elastic band at the upper ankle.They work well enough, after one use, but they aren't quite as advertised. I'll have to see how durable they end up being over time.

These seem to be well made and appear to be durable. The one caveat is the strap and buckle that serve as a stirrup to keep the gaiters from riding up. They appear to be vulnerable to breaking when stressed or walking over rocks/rough surfaces.The stars are based on my initial impression of their build quality as opposed to usefulness since they don't fit me.After trying to wear them, they are apparently designed for willowy men who make their living as models for stick figures. For the rest of us, anyone whose calves are larger in diameter than a navel orange will find them a very snug fit, if they can get them on at all.Of course, that begs the question of why such a delicate flower of a man would have a need to wear gaiters in the first place. Fashion accessory for a pair of leather chaps for late night dancing with other wispy men?

I wound up giving these to my spouse, as they would not fit around my 18" calves. I had got them to use when commuting on my bicycle in the rain. But apparently, if you have any muscles in your calves, they won't fit. Disappointed.

I’m a maintenance man at an apartment complex I use these to keep the salt out of my boots when salting sidewalks. Also when I use the snowblower it keeps snow and ice from entering my boots they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. I am very pleased with this product.
