I have been using pans that require to be replaced for decades now. The finish always tends to flake or erode resulting in rust, etc. I am so happy with the stainless steel quality and heaviness of this pan and hope for it to be the forever or last one that I'll need.

beautifully made, beautiful finish, nice and sturdy, rack position and height is perfect in the pan for convection perfection. This is the standard that every other manufacturer should be held to.

This pan is well built, looks great, heats evenly, and works well on an induction cooktop. I also really appreciate the rack also being stainless instead of some sort of nonstick that will wear out in a few years. Better in every way than the old anodized non-stick Calphalon it replaced, and this will never need to be replaced. My everyday pans are cast iron and AllClad D3, if that helps you gauge my preferences and ability to judge a pan.

I really love this new roaster! My husband and I cooked our first (12 lbs) turkey in it. The bird fit just right and cooked perfectly. The wider rack grills make cleaning a lot easier and the shape and size of it allows the warm oven air to easily get underneath the turkey. The stainless steel material is nice and thick. The bottom of the pan has an aluminum core, completely encased in stainless steel, allowing for more even cooking. I was also interest in this roaster because it does not have any non-stick toxic chemicals on it.

After doing a lot of research, this pan sounded great. I used it for a simple roast. Roast came out good; not anything outstanding. My disappointment came when I tried to clean it. I could not get the water marks or food stains out regardless of the cleaning product I tried to use. The pan also scratched very easily.I returned it immediately with no questions asked or any problems. I replaced it with another brand that we Al are familiar with.
