Extension tubes are magic. Super cheap and incredible!
I thought that I had just broken my new camera when I tried this out since it behaves differently to the other canon lenses. It's ok. Don't panic. Play around with it before attaching it to your camera to figure it out. You just push the metalic levers towards down (towards the camera if it was attached to the camera). This lets you rotate and take off the extension. As I said, try it out and very easy. Just different. The extension tubes are like I had seen on youtube and let me take lovely pics of bees and flowers, very close, to get big zoomed in images with fine structure of the bees wing and more. I have played around with it a bit, as in a few goes in the back garden, and once of my favourite purchases. There are excellent youtube videos like the one by the guy who took his girls m&m's (which inspired me to get extension tubes). I don't do these justice since I have only tried a few times and a total newbie BUT was delighted by the pics that even I could do in my first few goes!

Ideal for beginners; Good enough, not excellent.
Fair value for money, not the highest quality feeling product in the world, but if you are in the market for macro extension tubes and are a beginning photographer, these are a great starting place. I own a Canon 4000D, I find the extension tubes fit the camera body moderately well, with some slight difficulty with the 31mm tube against the body. The shape of the connection could be better for an easier and more consistent fit, but they work with some fiddling. These add some nice versatility to nearly any lens. with low mm lenses, getting focus can be difficult if not impossible, beware. (for my 18-55mm at 18mm, the subject would need to be inside the lens to get it focused. (as far as my testing has gone, not a professional photographer)

Prompt delivery and seems to work perfectly

Interferes with autofocus
Sadly this great idea at a good price interferes with the focus system. Sent it back.

Very good for those wanting to start out in Macro Closeup Photography.
It all fits my Canon EOS, so very happy. It is so simple to use. If you want to take a picture of something incredibly close up, you screw on a ring, or a combination of rings. With all three rings on, I can get a subject in focus that is literally only 10mm away. If you want to start experimenting with a little or extreme close-up macro photography, this is where to start.

Poor Quality
These are really lightweight plastic which I suppose is good for your camera so it doesn't weigh it down. The problem I have with these is that you basically have to be touching the item in order to get good picture quality. So, it does zoom in as much as it described but it is extremely inefficient to use. You would only be able to use this for like, zooming in on words in a book or something like that.

Great yoke
These are great, fast delivery, super value for money. The sample pics are taken with an 18-55mm kit lens with 18mp camera the close up one with the fibres is just a 100% crop of the other photo to give an idea of the detail you can achieve. Quality of the tubes are pretty good, the switch/clippy things work fine everything is as should be. If I was to have a gripe about anything its that they can feel a little 'gritty' when attaching them to each other. There is no grit or anything, its just the type of plastic feels a little 'sticky' Not a big gripe tho. Id definitely buy them again. Autofocus works, aperture works, but I prefer manual on a static subject. Worth buying to dip your toes into the macro world.

Great value for the price
Struggled with these originally and blamed it on the tubes - actually it was my own inexperience with macrophotography. Images can come out a little grainy but this is due to lack of light, not the equipment, this is just the nature of macrophotograhy. Tubes are a little clanky and somewhat loud to attach but easy to take on and off. Extends much further than I imagined - saw some tiny black dots the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen and snapped a pic thinking it was fungus, but the picture showed it to be tiny mites. Has some difficulty autofocusing. Would recommend for people trying out macrophotography, this is so much cheaper for a similar outcome compared to camera branded lenses. Use a tripod for more stabilisation and an additional light source as the shutter speed will likely be slower and result in blurry photos - again this is not the fault of the equipment, just is what is expected of shooting macro :)
