Needed a new song for my machine. Does what it says on the 10 accident little product sturdy.

I lost the ankle that came with my Brother machine and this fits perfectly!It was easy to install and I have used it with the standard presser foot and the zipper foot and have had no problems at all.Super value for money and quick delivery!

The media could not be loaded. In one sentence: it works on Singer Featherweight C240 for many universal snap on feet.When I first got this I thought it didn't work with it because there is no space for the lever as there is an integrated walking foot in the C240.You need to move the lever in order for the universal snap on feet to be grabbed by adapter.To do this first remove the original foot holder by loosening the screw. Use the screw for the adapter and screw it in place. I find it easier to put the screw in just a little bit and the slide the adapter in, then tightened.Have your universal snap on foot ready underneath the adapter. Lower it so it is in place. With the machine's screw driver push the lever away to the left so it sits right next to the integrated walking feeder/foot. (see video). Voila, you can start using your machine.To remove, you need to push the lever towards the front. You can use your finger nail for this.I love my machine, but unfortunately it is a pain to use non standard feet, but thankfully most (not all) can work with this adapter.

Initially I was really pleased with this. Its not exactly the right shape - where the screw goes in, its just a cup shape rather that a hole on the original - but it screwed in OK and held in place so was impressed. Unfortunately, when I was using the machine today, it fell off with the presser foot attached. My initial thought was that I had not screwed the screw tight enough but it was as tight as it could get. Not sure why that happened. Anyway, I have re-attached and will have to see whether this has saved me money or not.

I purchased this presser foot holder for a very old sewing machine that has only screw in presser feet. I've had to provide my own detachable presser feet, but it's perfect for the job
