I really like this product and have been using SIS for nearly 20 years. This is always my go to brand for electrolytes, whether that be gels, or in this case the powder. This is super fine and mixes well in the shaker. We all like the blackcurrant flavour (I also like the Lemon and Lime) and it holds the flavour well without it being sweet.This is also a great product to have if you are hydrating the day before a big long run. I have one of these next to my bed so I take a few swigs when/if I wake up and get on with it as soon as I wake.Only thing that doesn't agree with me, is that if I gulp too much at once, it makes me feel bloated.Highly recommended.

I use this four times a week for training. As a more senior in age guy 😉it helps to keep my energy levels stable during kickboxing. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

This taste is really nice. I don't feel sick during my 100km ride with x2 750ml bottles of it.

I've bought SIS products before and never had a problem, but this time the item unfortunately came a day later than what I had been promised by Amazon. Once it arrived there was all wet sticky residue under the lid and all over the tub. Not sure what it is or where it came from but it was a little off putting!

Works well but don’t leave it in your drinks bottle.for more than one session or run because it will start to taste odd.

This blackcurrant flavour smells like cat spay and tastes absolutely horrible and I usually love this flavour on other brands. I even took it to the gym to let my friends try it out and they all said that it tasted absolutely horrible, with one even spitting it straight out after drinking it.What makes me really mad is I can't return it, because it won't let me? It won't even let me contact the company. Obviously this company doesn't let you return stuff based on a bad taste in the return title.Don't say that you haven't been warned!
