I can't do spicy. It's one of the greatest disappointments of my life. So many tasty things with a litle heat and my mouth burns, nose runs, break into a sweat. It's painful. But I'm doing keto and needed to find something to pep up pork rinds. This sauce is still "spicy" to me, but the heat doesn't build with repeated bites. It is really flavorful and dresses up those rinds. Also excellent on eggs and looking for new ways to incorporate it into my diet. If you are living spiceless like me, this could be a nice way to pep things up.
