This headset is awesome, people can hear me excellent and I can hear very well too, this has a long lasting charge and sometimes I charge it in weeks, I usually charge the case that charge the headset once a month; a couple of times I forgot to charge it I just need 5 min charge to get 15% of charge enough for 2 hours meeting so it’s incredible I definitely encourage to buy it; I bought it in 2023 and still works incredible and it’s very comfortable too; I definitely buy it again

Love this headset! I've been using daily for 3 weeks now in my WFH call center job and it's worked great for me! The calls are clear and others say that they can hear me perfectly. I work in a quiet environment so I don't know about noise cancelling in my case. It's also VERY COMFY in my ears. I have very small ear wells and usually these earbud things hurt after just a few minutes. I also don't jam it down in my ear. It just sits in the well and the hook is over my ear. The ear hook works fine with my glasses leg as well. It doesn't fall out or slip but I'm also sitting still most of the time. I do use my step rocker thing at my desk and so far I haven't jarred this headset loose yet. The battery stays charged for days but my call volume is pretty low. The charging case is awesome as well. I've only had to charge it once since I got it! Overall, I would highly recommend this one.

Nice ,light weight, excellent sound

This ear piece is great - I have been using it for a few months now. It connects well and the battery lasts quite a while. I wear it during meetings for many hours a week and charge it by putting it back in the case when I'm not using it. I charge the case on weekends. So far the battery has never died. It is comfortable to wear, and can be worn on either ear. The case has gotten a little scratched up since I've had it but it still works perfectly. This earpiece stays in place and is comfortable enough that sometimes I forget to take it off after I'm done wearing it. I have had no connectivity issues since using it. It connects quickly when I get a Teams call and is easy to mute when needed. Great product for the price.

I have good feelings about this product, of which I own several (at my desks, in our cars, etc.) They are simple to understand and use, dependable, and the sound quality and noise suppression are both excellent. I recently had an issue with one of my units (the charging case would not work, even after cleaning both sets of contacts carefully). When Heibos learned of my issue, they immediately addressed and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this product.

UPDATE 9/18/26. I just lost it with this Bluetooth. I turned it off & put it in the charging case 3 times in a row for it to turn back on & connect! I destroyed it. Hammer & wire cutters destroyed!!!! Never ever never again If I could give it -10 stars I would! Pic of the destruction included. This GD thing is the bain of my existence! Every time I put it in the charging case it turns back on & connects. I can turn it off, put it in the case, turns back on. Leave it on, put it in the case and it'll turn off for a few seconds then turn back on. It'll randomly turn on from time to time too. It sounds great on both ends. I'm a trucker so for this price that's rare. Very comfortable & light. Buttons are solid. It's great other than the damn thing won't stay turned off. Yeah I'm p'd off right now & just got done throwing it against the floor as hard as I could because it turned back on 3 times in a row!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess what?! It still works, charges & the case & lids aren't damaged one bit. Tough as nails but most annoying thing I've ever come across. It's the second one I've bought. First one made it almost a year & the case stopped charging it all the way so I bought another one & yeah this is the last time I buy one. Good luck I'll still never buy another one.

As a long-standing and very happy Voyager Legend (now discontinued) user I've had to find something else... I really wanted to love this device, and while it is pretty good, it does have some drawbacks. First, the good: - Long range while maintaining connection (newer Bluetooth helps vs. Legend) - Reliable connection to Android voice and laptop (both Zoom and Teams which can be tricky) - Excellent battery life - Case coming with the headset adds GREAT value - Easy charging, drops into the case and always connects to the pins - What I wish were different: - Noise cancellation, especially wind, far less capable than I'm used to - No indicators of how much headset battery life is left, so hard to decide when to charge - When a connection is lost (leave house when it was connected to laptop) there is a really annoying persistent beep - no idea how long it continues, I can only stand it for about 10 seconds, and then turn off and back on so it'll forget about my laptop and reconnect to my phone - The over-ear loop is not as comfortable as the Legend - more like the old days M-175 over-ear - It is really easy to accidentally push the multi-function button when putting on, which can start music playing on my phone - I've learned to put on carefully, however it is a nuisance - Once I got the fit "into" my ear figured out the call quality moved up, however it's still less rich than my long-standing Legend Truly, you can buy this headset for $45 and be pretty darn happy. I'm on calls / meetings 6-8 hours a day, and so the lack of over-ear comfort and other nuisances will likely move me to look for another device to try. It's not bad, it's just not great IMO for my use. btw, I learned that Amazon pays $20 for five-star reviews on new products, which might account for the high volume of five-star reviews. I was wishing for a "3.5" to let folks know where I really stand with this device, which I've had for a month so that I could write an integral review that would be useful to others to show strengths and weaknesses over time.

Headset is as described by the seller. Connects seamlessly well with 2 devices at a time. Have been using with my Samsung phone & HP Laptop for office meetings. Sound quality is good and have not heard of any complaints of voice quality. It is lightweight and have used continuously for about 5-6 hours for now. Overall liked the product and meets my expectation.

Plug it in, charge it up, and thats about as complicated it is.. very clear upto around 20m.. its great value for a bluetooth headset and performs as well as the more expensive.

Después de usar Plantronics (Poly) y Motorola con función PTT, puedo decir que este manos libres es absolutamente superior. Calidad de conexión, peso, comodidad, calidad en voz tanto salida como recepción y la batería, es una batería infinita! nada que ver con las opciones oficiales o de marca reconocida, ni siquiera están en la misma liga, entiendo que este es de alguna marca china genérica, ni siquiera los dispositivos reconocen la marca, solo lo muestran como G7, pero me parece increíble que en un cuerpo tan ligero y delgado puedan tener una batería que dura más de 10 horas continuas de llamada, y en verdad que sí es así, utilizo el manos libres con un radio Motorola todo el día conectado y la conexión es constante, en ningún momento pierde señal y está enviando y recibiendo audio todo el día, la batería ni se nota. Contras? Tal vez. Que al conectar dos dispositivos al mismo tiempo (radio + celular) no es fácil cambiar de fuente y ahí sí puede perder señal con el radio, prefiero dejarlo con un solo dispositivo a la vez. No tiene botón PTT, pero es el mismo esfuerzo apretar un botón en el auricular que en el radio mismo así que no le veo ningún problema. La otra es la durabilidad, probablemente se descomponga rápido o si me agarra la lluvia sea difícil que sobreviva, pero es exactamente lo mismo con los Plantronics que a los 3 meses ya se están abriendo de los micrófonos, así que aunque se descomponga en 6 meses, por el precio vale la pena simplemente comprar uno nuevo y ya. No es posible que marcas reconocidas no cuenten con esta calidad en conexión y batería, y además de todo está bonito el diseño. Edit: 1 año me duró. ¿Qué falló? La batería. Primero la batería del estuche noté que se degradaba. De durar 4 días a solo 1 o 2. La. Batería del auricular seguía arriba de 10 horas continuas incluso hasta hace un par de semanas, pero de repente ya no dio más y murió. Estoy considerando reemplazar solo la batería pero es más tardado y complicado que simplemente comprar un auricular nuevo. Como mencioné desde un inicio. Vale la pena comprar estos en oferta en vez de algún Motorola o Poly que duran menos y no están ni cerca de la calidad de este.

Ya había tenido un manos libres antes pero lo dejé de usar porque era muy incómodo. Este me ha parecido bastante cómodo, lo uso por periodos largos de 4 a 6hrs seguidas y ni me acuerdo que lo traigo puesto. Es un plus que traiga incluidos diferentes tamaños de gomita para un mejor ajuste en la oreja, siempre he batallado con eso porque generalmente me quedaban grandes, pero ahora me queda perfectamente! Además, no es pesado y se ajusta muy bien la parte que va detrás de la oreja. El sonido es muy claro y hasta ahora no me han dicho si se escuchan los ruidos externos cuando hablo o no. Me encanta que se pueda cargar como si fueran unos airpods, es bastante fácil.
