Madeleine Cookie Molds
This is a nice set of Madeleine Cookie molds/tins. The tins are a good thickness with a nonstick coating on the inside, providing an easy release from the tins after baking.I am not sure if individual molds vs a baking sheet with built in cookie molds has an advantage. Because the molds are shell shaped, they do not sit evenly. Depending on the thickness of the dough or batter, this may cause we unevenness. My solution is to roll a bit of foil that supports the smaller side of the molds and levels them out while baking.

Pretty good
These worked. The little cakes were baked quickly, around 10 minutes. They slipped out easily. They washed easily too.They do not rest flat on the baking tray, so do not come out uniform.
