These have helped me so much. I’m currently going through the menopause I do shift work that consists of days and nights. With the current heat and and having sweats with the menopause I was aware I was losing hydration and my face was puffy always tired looking and zero energy in a job I needed to have energy. Since taking these I have noticed my face isn’t as puffy after a sleep, I have more energy and overall I’m more hydrated. They taste nice and make drinking water more enjoyable. I was worried incase they had that gritty residue that sinks to the bottom of your drinking cup but no, it completely dissolves. These have been so affective for me personally to stay hydrated and also give me the vitamins I need to sustain my body effectively

Great product. I bought this because I was just getting back into exercising daily - and I was getting terrible, excruciating leg cramps in both legs at night. Crazy pain. Now when I get these cramps - I go immediately to make up a Phizz drink, and the cramps stop within about 60 seconds, and then I can sleep for the rest of the night. Really great product for resolving dehydration or over-exertion post exercise cramps. Simple and easy to make up - just add to a glass of water. It tastes a little salty, as it should, but it's ok.

EDIT - UPDATE ON REVIEW: I'm almost through the 3 packs I bought, and I do notice a difference in how I'm feeling and the cramps I was getting. All the flavours are ok, BUT I've noticed if I take any of them on an empty stomach or drink them too quickly, I feel sick. It passes, but it's definitely there. I don't get that if I drink slowly or after food. Something to keep in miind when purchasing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought these after suffering from muscle cramps and thinking it could possibly be down to the amount I sweat when exercising. So far I’ve only tried the one flavour, so my review is currently for mixed berry. They’re super easy to use, just plop one in a glass of water and wait for it to fizz to nothing. You can split the tablets easily too if you need them to fit in a narrow necked bottle. The bottle says no more than four a day, I’ve only been using one. They mix really well, I don’t find them bitty or anything. There’s not a lot of smell, which is nice as some vitamins absolutely stink, but these are a lot more subtle. After using them for a week, I do find I have more energy. It’s hard to pin point, but I don’t feel as tired. So they’re definitely doing something! They’ve never upset my stomach. Had no issues there. If anything my stomach actually feels better. Again, hard to explain, but I guess I’m more hydrated. Pain relief wise, I think it’s too early to say whether they’ve helped with my muscle cramps and pain, but I’m definitely feeling better in myself so that’s good enough for me right now. I’ll update my review if I feel any kind of pain relief or the cramps subside. Quality wise, I haven’t tried other products so have nothing to compare to, but these taste alright, mix alright, and appear to be doing something right, so a big thumbs up from me.

I’ve tried all the flavours of phizz electrolytes and this one is deffo my fave! It is like having a fizzy flavoured water and the flavour isn’t overpowering at all. They dissolve quickly and easily. They are good value for money when you work out how much it is per hydration tablet and they are often on offer on here. No side effects and made me feel hydrated

Initially thought the taste was really horrible but when I switched from having it with 750ml water to a small glass, it made such a big difference- it’s really nice! I definitely feel more hydrated with it, so would recommend.

Having never purchased electrolyte tablets, I wasn't really sure of what they'd be like, but assumed they'd be a bit like flavoured squash drinks. They are not like a berry squash. Really hard to describe but the closest I can come up with is they're a bit like fruit teas, where you get lots of scent but not much flavour, and instead of being made with water, you've made it up with salty sea water. I'm still sipping it to see if I get used to the taste but so far every sip makes me want to heave and I'm dreading have to use them up to avoid waste. I have the cherry version too, and I'm really hoping they'll be better, as stupidly I popped the lids on both to smell them, otherwise I could return at least one tube. ***Ive since used one of my husbands orange version of a different brand and its nothing like this, lovely orange taste and I can't taste any saltiness, so maybe its this brand?

Lovely taste and great way to take multvitamins and hydrate in a refreshing drink.

Magari è efficace e non lo saprò mai perchè già dall'odore sono rimasta disgustata. Il gusto è davvero sgradevole e non sono riuscita a finire la prima capsula effervescente. Ho buttato tutto!

Ces électrolytes n'ont d'intérêt que si elles sont dissoutes dans de l'eau pendant ou juste après un effort "violent" (course à pied, vélo, etc.), avec perte d'eau et de sels minéraux. Elles ne servent absolument à rien pour la vie quotidienne.
