Good quality!
I loved my coffee mug! The picture was a little smaller than I'd thought it would be but it is a good size anyhow. I love it! I've used it several times already and it's very durable (I dropped it once 😬) and washes well. Good price for a good coffee cup!

great present
I was surprised how fast it showed up and the quality. It was a little bit spendy for a coffee mug but after seeing it I turned around and ordered more for other people. only this time I added a picture and the year. I am going to start giving one of these mugs to my son, with a updated picture of my grand daughter every year instead of an ornament.

Very nice mug/great job with the printing
I just wish I had it printed on both sides. I had only the front printed. Centered lettering. Very pretty.

A Perfect Gift!
The coffee mug was a great gift! The personalized message really makes it special. It was just as I ordered it, carefully packaged and shipped fast. I will be ordering from this company again!

Definitely worth the money
This mug helped me recreate a favorite that broke and is discontinued. I'm so happy with it. The only slightly disappointing thing is the font size. It's pretty small, but you can still read it if you get real close

Bad print quality
The quality of the lettering for the green color was just terrible. It looks so faint you can hardly see.

cheap, cheap, cheap.
the photos are not centered at all, they are not placed the way they were supposed to be, the pictures are EXTREMELY grainy. I've ordered TONS of custom cups in the past (not from this particular seller) & this is by far the worst product I've received. not to mention they hardly packaged the item & it was like a week late being delivered. very disappointed.
