A little coarser than I expected
This has a coarser weave than I like for rolling out my slabs. Makes it hard to get both sides smooth.

Read product Details. It's linen, not the canvas you need.
Because the title states it is for pottery, I assumed it would be the same canvas I have used for pottery. It's not the tightly woven, thick canvas you are looking for.
