After trying many brands. I think it must be the gel. Still need to insert 1 booster pad, versus 2, for my nighttime incontinent mother. She's a tiny little lady, so I think all pants are too loose in the leg, but these are quite snug- fitting otherwise, and she's barely 95 lbs.

Runs small like 2 sizes to small

After using this a few times as I was curious seeing it advertised in a few places and on Amazon I wanted to test this for myself.To be fair these are WAY better than most store brand briefs.Unfortunately they need improvements to make me completely happy with the design.The leg guards need to be higher and or doubled up for leak prevention. They take a few floods without issue but it is a feature I am used to seeing on premium brand products and miss seeing here.Imagine these as an adult size goodnite brief, but they hold MUCH more. For the intended purpose and target audience - and since they are a step above store brand quality I do like them but I am unsure if I would buy them unless stuck for something else. They also remind me of the UK Boots brand pullups (and look a lot like them also).In my opinion if the leg guards were higher, the band a bit more comfortable and perhaps some color or styling to the pull up - it could easily fall into the premium category with some improvements. I rate these as a GOOD Product and are recommended if you want something discreet and absorbent but likely can change frequently or quickly as I am not sure how much they will hold up to a lot of movement and multiple accidents. Not as stylish, comfortable or discreet as other brands out there but get the correct size and they are functional. These don’t look pretty, they look like a bulky diaper pull ups. I’m transitioning from bladder control pads to bladder leakage briefs and I feel like these are full on adult diapers. Quality is ok, didn’t wow me. Will use at home or night only.

I would never recommend this for people that have day time or night time leaks. The pad itself is thin. Leaked out imidiatly. Wasn't even fast I have used every product on the market granted still better than a few I have tried but this is still not better by much. The pad has a very small width leg gathers are small and for the hips it's tight even with correct sizing. Honestly I want a refund for the false advertisement they don't hold much at all. I was exited to use these while at work because most products I can afford don't hold much since Walmart got alittle more expensive with there prices. I was talking to my friend and then it happend my pants started getting wet right in front of him I was mad because I thought these would help. I was mad and had to explain myself.

I bought these for my mom to try. She wore them once and could not stand wearing them a second time as to how uncomfortable they are. Along the side seams, they have a scratchy and irritating feeling to them. My mom could feel that all day and it irritated her sensitive skin. I will definitely not be buying these for her again.

These are low rise and very thin. The absorbent area in the front does not run up the front as pictured. These are a waste of money.

I can just about get to the bathroom before the flood comes, so I am so thankful to have them when I need them. These do exactly as described.
