If there would have been a negative star this product & brand deserve that. Please do not buy this even if u get it for free types. Worst possible product. Pathetic service. Big mistake buying this. Regretting it daily.

Good value for money size is bit small ca not accomodate 4 slice of bread 🥪 comfortably

Not so good
Pros: 1. Very few companies are offering timer switch, which is an advantage, although most of the companies are offering temperature control switch. 2. Four big size sandwich breads can be accommodated very easily. 3. Also having 180 degree flat bed option with a locking mechanism, although that I haven’t tested yet for cooking. 4. Can be kept vertically to save storage space with a locking arrangement. 5. Very rigid handle is an extra advantage. Cons: 1. Generated a huge crack on the plastic body after the 1st use, which puts a big question mark on the plastic material’s quality (please check the image). 4. Temperature doesn’t rise towards the outer surface, hence you need to rotate the breads horizontally in 180 degree angle after some time.

This is the replacement I recieved for the same item .last time the handle was broken from right side and this time it is the left side.
