THE BAD:-A little too tight if your ankle has swollen as the gel pad can put pressure around your ankle-The washing instructions are in the way and visibly flapping about-Blue colour is very bright and doesn't look great with a pair of shorts-Can get a little warm and sweaty, doesn't breathe wonderfully. Could do with being antibacterial-You only get one sheathe used to slip it over your foot. This could be easily lost and you do need it.THE GOOD:-Fairly thin and comfortable-Easy to put on and remove-Very supportive-Good for exercise and running specifically. Found the silicone inserts painful when wearing for a prolonged period, otherwise good ankle support product

This support has really helped me with my achilles tendonitis, back of my heel is painful to touch and the support has cushioned it against my shoes. Its supporting me when walking & is certainly adding recovery

So far I am incredibly impressed with this support. I broke my ankle 20 years ago and have had pain ever since. Recently the arthritis has started causing lots of stiffness, pain and discomfort. I've used neo g supports in the past (the black airflow one I think) and they have been good, but this support is next level stuff!! As soon as input it on last night I had immediate relief!! Literally no pain when walking?? And this morning I pulled it on again and got up.....no pain again!! Normally I hobble and limp around for 20 mins but seriously....no pain....nothing?? It almost feels too good to be true?! So far I highly recommend this product. It feels great and my ankle feels strong when wearing it. Also it doesn't cut into the top of my foot like other supports.I'm a size 8 shoe and the medium fits perfect.Highly recommended##UPDATE##After wearing it daily for 10 days, it no longer offers as much support. It seems to have stretched a lot and is a much looser fit now. Shame, for £18 I hoped it would last a lot longer?! I'm gonna put it through the washing machine and hopefully it will shrink back again? Oh also the heal is wearing out, broken elastic hanging out everywhere!

This product has made my ankle feel better than it has in quite a while and the best of it is I can wear my shoes whilst wearing the ankle support it doesn’t interfere with the fit of the shoe at all would certainly recommend it to everyone

The support arrived stretched and not suitable for use. No eat of returning faulty products so I would buy elsewhere.Had to buy another one from different seller so total waste of money

I had a pot fracture on my ankle decades ago. Since then my ankle has not been entirely stable and I havehad dozens of sprained ankles. The problem for me has always been finding a support that has a good firm support but that als needs to fit in all my shoes. This is the only one I have had to date that perfectly fulfills both of my requirements. It also has the added bonus of gel protection for both sides of the ankle. A real wonder. Long may they continue. I shall be buying more of these soon as required.

I was disappointed with this to begin with as I was worried it was too large as it does not sit tight around the top. I decided to give it a try anyway and discovered there is plenty adequate compression around the ankle. I think the extra cushioning around the ankle bone does really make a difference. I have tibialis posterior issues at the moment and swelling on the inside of the ankle - This support has made more of a difference to help keep this at bay and the ankle feels more supportive when walking or weight bearing on it. I think this is worth the extra money.

Wasn't expecting a large bump at the heal but it worked wonderful.

Good value - much cheaper than competing products. The silicone cushions on either side prevent ankle joints from slipping out of alignment. Does nor overheat or get smelly because it is breathable.

I have a 7.5 in ankle which according to the chart would be a size S. I ordered a Size M. I decided to put it on my uninjured foot and am glad I did because it was a struggle getting it on and I couldn't get it off without a struggle. If I would have put it on my injured foot I would have hurt myself badly.

Terrible product!!!After using it for two days the silicone support pads came off. Don't waste your money!
