Husband got this for me for Christmas. Warms me nicely, easy to use and looks fantastic. You can’t go wrong with it.

I have Raynauds, this jacket is a god send. Worth the money. I'm thinking about buying another battery pack as a back up. The battery does take along time to charge, but I don't mind. It fits well, I like the carrying case it's comes in. The quality is good. This is a great jacket!

Love the jacket itself. Very warm and comfortable. I had to return for a size smaller. Usually I order a medium in jackets like these in case I want to layer, however, the medium felt more like a large to me. Cannot yet say how the small will fit. The sides of the jacket have a stretchy material so I feel like sizing down is a safe bet. I am 5’3 and 145 lbs for reference. Other than the sizing issue it’s a great jacket. I was surprised at the heaviness of the battery, but that’s something you have to accept if you want a heated jacket that actually distributes the heat nicely, which this jacket does.

Not bulky. Heats up fast. Love that it also heats your neck. Not many have the heat in the neck area. I got a medium so I can wear sweatshirts and stuff under it if I want to

Bought as a gift. The coat is beautiful, fits perfectly, and heats up quickly. The best part is the heater that warms the back of the neck so your whole body feels toasty.We had a small issue with the post office (no fault of the seller) and the seller responded immediately and took care of everything. They really do take customer satisfaction seriously, and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely buy from them again, and are considering buying another coat for an upcoming birthday.

Even without the heat turned on this is cozy coat. It’s nicely tailored and doesn’t make me look like the Michelin man. The white was beautiful but I opted for black because I live on a farm.The heat really helps on those cold, cold days! Plan on charging it every day. It’s super easy to charge.I’m 5’8” 125 lbs and the small fits just right.

Despite a bunch of reviews saying these fit larger than expected, this jacket fits much too tightly for someone that's larger. The large fit may be true for small women, but my 5'11 mother couldn't fit into the XXL and it wasn't even close. So if you're a tall or large person, I suggest getting the men's jacket instead.
