Originally I gave this 4 starts for the fiddle factor, because I wasn't inserting the attachment all the way. I had to make two passes with two attachments to get a stubble. But I found that the attachment needs to be pushed until it clicks into place, to get the finest trim. Now, I can use the A attachment and dial in a very fine stubble with no snag factor. There is a fiddle factor: cleaning and oiling. Overall trimming experience is excellent, battery lasts a long time slow to snag speed at the end. Pop up trimmer cleans up the hard-to-get spots. I keep a lazy man's beard - shave down to stubble every 2 weeks then let it grow. It doesn't get the "right-angle" under my nose, so I do a little final cleanup with the pop-up trimmer. Final result is superb. The manual and illustrations suck, took a while to figure out how to pop the blade out for cleaning (looking down at the face of the trimmer, push the tip of the blade away from you, toward the back of the unit. And it un-clips easily). The manual recommends oiling before and after each use, I take out the blade and oil after every use. Running the trimmer under to water for cleaning is awesome. Leaving everything apart to dry means it takes up space. But the overall experience of trimming and the quality of the result is really great.

Apart from this product's great performance for money, Amazon's delivery timing has improved with their shift to using UPS for shipments to Singapore.

This trimmer works just like my previous one did. It has a main beard hair adjustable length trimming feature, an supports between 1 and 20 mm in length. There are two combs, one for 1-10mm, the other for 11-20mm. The razor supports being submerged in water. It also has a special trimmer extension for fine adjustments, which is the main reason I bought it. I like this feature the best for fine trimming of my moustache, and sometimes for nose hair. The quality is very good, as I would expect with a Japanese product, and it feels sturdy and reliable. It charges with an included cable that plugs into the base. The only improvement would be for a wall charger to be added (that holds the razor in place on the wall, rather than having to attach a cable).
