I love this for the sauna and steam room, it protects my hair and I use it all the time. I would definitely follow the care instructions as I did not and have a couple holes but that is my fault as the material quality is great. It’s a comfortable fit and I will be ordering a new one soon!

Tries this last night and wow. Was in the steamroom for about 20 minutes and my head felt so much cooler. Was surprised to see when I took the hat off to shower that both it and my hair were dry! It was actually amazing for as much sweating as went on. Hat already had something of a hole in a seam where the stitches were super far apart when it arrived. Seems good otherwise. And for how well it worked and only being like $20 I'm not really mad about it. I wish I'd know of sauna hats sooner as I use the steamroom several times a week.

This has to be some sort of magic! It is an unbelievable product! I love spending time in the sauna and will push through 30 mins painfully. But now with this cap I was surprised when I had hit the 30 mins mark since I felt so great still. You get all the benefits of the sauna for a long period of time with this cap! 100/10 will recommend to everyone!

One star only because zero stars isn't an option. I used it a grand total of four times before it ripped by just putting it on my head and tugging on the brim to make it snug. Horrible quality. Not worth the time or money. Returning it.

Love this hat for the sauna. Not only does it help the effects of using the sauna but it protects my hair and head from the hot walls when sitting against them. I always tuck my hair in so I can sit back and rest my head without burning my hair. It fits just fine , a bit oversized. Not itchy or uncomfy. Barely notice I have it on.

The media could not be loaded. Geez I really wanted to like this. It's cute and does hold water well, but unless you enjoy pulling little hairs out of your mouth better pass on it. After careful rinsing and at least 8 spa visits I can confirm that the shedding will continue until there is no hat left. Gosh it really is horrible. It's the anti-zen hat - guarranteed to ruin any spa or sauna or IR/redlight experience.
