Iberia Bulgur Wheat, 24 oz

Made a new recipe using bulgur which I've not used before. It performed well. Making blending easy and was tasty in recipe. The quality was good, well priced, and fresh.

Really tasty and wholesome way to add variety, minerals and protein to your diet.Easy to prepare and freeze some for later!

I liked everything about it ... The freshness of it , I use number 3 to make kibbe and many other Lebanese dishes ... I was kinda of Leary of it after changing brands ... I give it a five plus

It’s not so fine as a flour but easy to prepare and taste good.

I had a new salad bowl recipe that called for wheat bulgur. Have never used this before so didn't quite know which to buy. Most of the brands required simmering for a while on the stove. With this particular brand you just add boiling water and let it sit. Voila! It turns out perfect! The instant rice of wheat bulgur! I also love the texture and taste and use it with stir fries, etc.

I have no longer been able to find this product in grocery stores. I tried Amazon on a whim and this was perfect. I nice quantity for a very reasonable price. Much less expensive than shopping the health food stores.

I did enjoy my wheat very well . I planning to buy another one. Thank you.
