Spend a couple extra dollars and get a different brand
The side brackets are supposed to have six slots one bracket only has five slots so I'm going to have to drill one out then you have the screws and the acorn nuts but the screws are too long and you can't tighten it up so I have to buy new screws shorter or regular nuts

Horrible quality! Hole for bolt missing; bolts too long, now must buy washers!
I bought this for myself, as organization for workshop. I'm a mechanic, & am completely disappointed with the failure of this. Now I'll have to buy washers to tighten every single screw & use zip ties to hold frame to side as bolt hole not drilled! Horrible quality review!

Durable and sturdy
This worked out well for my hand tools I keep in my garage. I'm a middle aged woman so I was concerned about trying to hang this and fit my few tools in it but it was easy to hang and it was sturdy. I was impressed at how simple and quick it was to secure on the wall. So much neater than just laying around on a shelf.

It Will Work, But It's Not As Impressive As It Could Be
I got this to hold cordless drills and accessories. Let me say from the outset that I understand what this organizer is meant to do, and I have tried to tailor my review to that end. Also, I must say that I have worked with tools for most of my life, and I tend to have higher than average expectations when it comes to tools and accessories. That being said, here is my assessment:Initial inspection- All parts were included with the order. The side braces are not exactly square, and the joints where they are welded together don't exactly line up with each other. The surface coating appears to be even and all surfaces are adequately covered. The shelves are the wire grid type, so anything smaller than the spaces between the wires cannot be put on the shelves without lining the shelves with something (cardboard, lauan plywood, etc.). The mounting "holes" on the shelves and the power tool holder section actually appear to be washers spot welded to the round grid material. The mounting screws are short M6 screws with acorn washers. There are also screws and anchors for mounting that look to be fairly adequate. The actual holders for the power tools are straight with no upward curve at the ends. This suggests that the tools may be able to "walk" off of the holder over time if subjected to vibration.Assembly- Assembly took about 10 minutes after sorting out all of the parts and hardware. The small stamped-out "wrench" that comes with the product is ok for initial tightening of the fasteners, but I recommend using two box-end wrenches for final tightening. The directions are straight forward, but I believe that most people who have power tools to store could put this together without any directions. The screws that hold the shelves to the side pieces seemed very short, but they are long enough to go through the shelf and he side pieces and accommodate the acorn nuts. Once assembled, the item seems sturdy enough. However, don't expect it to hold a great amount of weight. The power tools, along with their batteries, and chargers, and a few other various and sundry hand tools in the provided holders and possibly some drill bits would be all I would trust to this organizer. One thing I was happy to see was that the wall mounting holes in this organizer will catch 16" studs.Final assessment- I have mixed feelings about this organizer. Will it do the job? It will as long as you don't expect too much out of it. As I said, it is not built to hold a great amount of weight. And, the method by which it is affixed to the wall will also have some effect on how much weight it can bear. So, as long as you only expect to house some cordless drills and related accessories you should be ok. However, I do believe that the construction and attention to detail are a little bit lacking. Just a little more thought and care in manufacturing and this could be a much nicer item.
