Received this right on time. Had some interesting recipes. Was not just brines and rubs.

The first recipe I made out of the book was my favorite for Sloppy Joes. It hadn't set to blend, but the recipe had no ketchup,majorum, brown sugar. I also added some honey mustard in place of dry mustard. I also added some three crabs fish sauce and one Tbsp of Garlic chile sauce by Sirachia. These last two items are individualistic and not for everyone. They accent the final flavoring of the beef. The fish sauce is like adding a touch of anchovy paste to your italian tomato sauces. I love my herb Bryant kindle download for 103 seasoning and herb mixes and reference that constantly to compliment my dishes. In fact in a comparison of the spice mixtures for this recipe marjorum was missing from this one. This is just a note and a complete comparison cannot be based on one recipe and my tastes and likes are based on my genetic and family imprint. No two people are the same. I still can remember the old lunch lady, lunch lady handing me my sloppy joe on my lunch tray in middle school. What a treat and I won the sloppy joe eating contest by putting down 7 and that was still not grounds for divorce the pleasure of eating Sloppy Joes.

Everything about this book is great! Wonderful recipes, great photos...awesome! This book is a great reference for grilling, spice rubs, marinades and things to kick your grilling up a notch!

This book has some fantastic recipes for summer grilling. Some of our favorites include the jerk chicken wings, ribs, and tamarind chicken.

Excellent book. Already tried two recipes which were a success. Definitely recommend it.

There is something for everyone in this book. Got for my Hubbie as part of his birthday present as he's always looking for things on the internet so now he can look through and save his faves much easier :))

This is a great recipe book with some interesting takes on old favourites. The marinades and spice treatments are particularly interesting and very tasty.
