It works almost straight away and taste really nice as well

Bought as unable to properly digest tablet form. This is a spray so is more effective for my body to absorb. I await my next blood tests to see how effective. Very easy to use.

Tastes great. Really like cherry and not fake, medicinal syrup taste. Much better than the Garden of Life B12 spray I tried before this that really tasted yucky and that one's spray bottle build just feels more flimsy than this one, leaked and sprays in a messy sloppy way - pressing that one with varying pressure produces different amount of spray This Vegavero brand spray vitamin bottles are much more solidly built and dispenses sprays neatly and accurately... no matter how we press, always the same amount of spray dispensed. This is important because my children are all older primary/secondary aged and spray this by themselves. And I checked... this one dispenses almost as much B12 per spray as the other spray I mentioned. I also use the vit D + K2 spray by Vegavero now... they produce the better quality and also vegan sprays.

Love the taste and easiness of this and think it's good value for money, especially considering only one spray is needed and the bottle lasts around 4 months. However, the pump leaks a lot, which causes some waste and can just be a bit of a sticky mess when trying to sprayPlease sort out this pump vegavero - it's the only thing letting this product down

I have tried sublingual b12 tablets in the past which were ok, but no where near as efficient as this product. I am very deficient in this vitamin and now find that I crave beef (natural source of b12) less and less since I started taking this product. It also tastes great, no too sweet and the sweetener is xylitol, so doesn’t interfere with blood sugar, which I also have issues with. Trying to find supplements that aren’t full of chemical sweeteners or sugar can be a challenge. I am very grateful to brave found this excellent product, this is my second order.

I am surprised to say i actually feel better using this. Long term metformin use can leave to your body struggling to absorb B12, using this as a top up definitely seems to have picked my energy levels up.UPDATE:Since this changed and it is now 2 pumps a day it is really poor value, it doesn't last 2 minutes, i am looking for alternatives for future purchases.

My previous make of B12 spray squirted all over the place. This one is excellent.I take oral B12 because I take a daily omeprozole tablet. Lowering stomach acid can affect the assimilation of B12 into the system.

I ALWAYS BUY THIER SUPPLEMENTS BUT THIS SPRAY IS FAULTY. BEEN USING A SPOON INSTEAD.
