Amazing Machine
I can not believe how this baby makes everything from an espresso to a cold brew; even a pour over highly recommend. We are using it in our restaurant and we are gonna buy another.

maybe a good concept but the result is not impressive
I used it for a couple weeks. I wanted to love it because it seemed like the Tesla of coffee machines. I especially loved the fact that you can scan in the coffee beans and the machine would figure out the grind and recipe. That was just super cool. The only problem is that the coffee product was not all that great, about the same as my cuisinart grid and drip. The biggest problem was that the frother just didn't work well. I tried two of the overpriced ones and then another stand alone. None worked to my satisfaction. Because I basically do milk drinks, I returned it. It's not cheap, and not worth the money , despite the cool design, ease of use, usability through an app. and the bean recipe input. After trying another high end superautomatic machine (Saeco) which I returned, I bought an Oracle touch, and the frothing is outstanding as is the coffee. With the beans I use, my milk drinks are better than almost any coffee shop I used to go to.

Tastes bad
I am not sure how this machine can take a wonderful coffee bean that is delicious in my Breville and make it take so bad. You really need milkto cut the scorched taste.

So much promise but poor execution
There was so much hope for this company and product. Unfortunately, this product is now dead. Read up on the company before giving them any money.

Bitter taste
Bought this and stopped using because it tastes bad. No matter how you adjust it the coffee has a bitter taste. There some gas station coffee that tastes better.

The worst
I was really excited to use this machine, the tech, the look, the ability to make what ever coffee related drink you want and so much more at your fingertips. I got the machine 1 of 2 by the way. 1st machine I got immediately had issues with the app connecting to my phone. Everything worked-ish but was delayed on the app. Due to the delay if you cancel and press the coffee button again it will make 2 coffees one that you canceled and the new on you just ordered wasting a coffee when you walk away from the machine. Ghost coffee making was a real thing as well. That’s when I reach out to the support team… they said it was delivery damage and sent me a new machine right away. Sitting there with the old machine and no way to froth milk I ordered the over priced frother from spin thinking it actually connected to the coffee make and the drinks associated with it. Nope, it doesn’t, in fact you have to look at the app and even though you have the frother on each drink that requires dairy the frother says “buy” next to each drink. So no connection with the frother. Buy a $20 one and save the money. Oh by the way, they don’t take returns on the accessories not purchased in the bundle. Found that out the hard way. Now I’m stuck with a $99 frother that over foams milk, real cool. Then, got the second machine, same issue, app connection errors all day long and ghost brews, don’t even get me started on the red circle issues. Finally making the decision to return everything for a return they decided that because I threw away my original box, who keeps a huge box around the house. They charged me $35 to return it. Make sure you read all the fine print with this one. Honorable mentions on why to not buy this: 1.) goes through a bag of beans in no time. I buy tree line at $22 a bag and it eats it up. 2.) makes great coffee taste horrible. 3.) frother is overpriced and whips your milk into a lump of foam and doesn’t connect with the app or coffee machine. 4.) overpriced for the quality of coffee, go breville all day over this. 5.) customer support is 9-5 in CA and they just don’t seem to care about customer retention or anything at all. Added petty garbage from the app. I initiated a return for the machine for a full refund and would have liked to make a few cups of bad coffee as I wait for the $35 box they have shut down the machine and it no longer makes coffee as they can control it from their office. Sorry, everything about this company and machine is horrible. Not having the ability of making a cup of coffee as I need it is terrifying. No thank you.
