Use it once a week
I used this shampoo after doing an overnight hair mask (coconut oil, vitamin E and mint essential oil). It removed all the oil residue and left my hair feeling clean and refreshed.The mint and ginger gave a nice tingling feeling when washing and felt like it was stimulating my scalp. I don’t think I would use this every day, purely because it would feel like it’s stripping natural oils and my hair would end up greasier. It’s nice to use once a week though, especially after an overnight mask.
