CLA Capsules
CLA is advertised as a naturally occurring free fatty acid found in everyday diet. It is believed to increase metabolism, promote fat loss and improve lean muscle body composition.The product comprises 120 soft gel capsules each containing 1000mg of CLA. The capsules are packaged within a narrow white plastic bottle with a press close cap. The capsules are oval shaped and quite large in size. Their large size could make the soft gels a little difficult to swallow. Personally, I didn't have any problems swallowing them.The product is very reasonably priced (approximately 7p per capsule) making it affordable to take on a regular basis. The subscribe and save option gives further savings and is very convenient.I was recommended CLA to help improve healing after a knee injury. I found that the capsules worked for me and really helped my recovery. I did notice some weight loss but this wasn't my reason for taking the product, just an added bonus.

Excellent product and great price!
I do take some CLA almost every day and I can tell you that I have tried most of the CLA products out there. So far I keep coming back to Zestlife's version since it works and the price isn't bad either. I mean you can spend so much more for branded CLA but these will do exactly the same trick. And they do last pretty long too! Just know these are not "magical weight loss pills" but can really help you in the process if you know how to take them accordingly.

Poor results
The instructions only say to take one a day which before I've taken 3 a day... I'm not seeing the same results as my other brand

Very good product
This is an excellent product and you feel an immediate effect after a couple of days! I am taking them for three weeks now and I saw a big difference on my energy levels and lost inches from head to toe. Would buy again,for sure!

Fast delivery and great product
I really want to recomend this product because it really helps with appetite control. I have been taking it for a few days but so far I feel the inprovemnet. I have tried other CLA before and I was a little eskeptical about it but I really feel less cravings during the day. Also, it is very easy to swallow and despite is a big pill you don't feel it as such.
