Loctite Glue Remover

i had some super glue on some clothes. This worked like a treat, took two goes and a wash, no discolour to the garment

Used it for my car. I had super glue spill on my car and used this glue remover for it. I let it sit for about 10 minutes max as it strictly says not suitable for paint work. Instead of covering it with tissue for several hours I allowed it sit for 10 minutes max. And I wiped it off, car was sparkling new. I rinsed off any leftovers so it doesn’t overwork and peel off paint. I recommend use lightly even if it means going twice or more. Unfortunately no before and after pictures. Wish I took some

It is a good product and effective. However you have to leave it on for quite a long time, and in my view it is a very tiny tube for the money.

Whilst the product is called "Glue Remover" it is clearly advertised as being a de-bonder. Whilst it might well remove excess glue that has been applied to surfaces where it wasn't wanted it doesn't seem to be particularly useful as a de-bonder. That's because the product is a gel and doesn't run or penetrate. As such, it's not possible to get it to flow into a bonded joint and so it cannot get to the glued surfaces to de-bond them. In short: if you've managed to get glue all over the place, which has now set, and you want to remove it and I'm sure the product will work. If you want this to unstick things that are firmly stuck together it will not do this. I've tried to de-bond three items, two were metal to metal bonds and one was plastic to metal. In all cases the de-bonder did precisely nothing.

This glue remover was amazing! I had an old nail glue stain that I’d been trying to get out with acetone for months with no luck. I finally decided to buy this, and it worked so much better. It removed all of the glue after leaving it to work for several hours. I’d definitely recommend reading the instructions carefully and, if possible, leaving it on overnight for the best results. It made a huge difference, and I’d happily recommend it.

I bought this to unstick something that accidently got stuck together with superglue, the items remain stuck together, as this product may as well have been fairy dust ( in gel form) it had no effect at all 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I didn’t really believe this product would work. Astounded to see that it worked great. I let it sit overnight with a tissue over it, per the directions. In the morning, I wiped it and it didn’t come right up but I used a wet wipe and it vanished!!! I was dazzled (and shocked). This was superglue on my kitchen counter. Had been there for a month. I wish I’d taken a picture for you!

My 10 year old accidentally spilled super glue and, in an attempt to clean it up, wiped it across our kitchen countertop… spreading it everywhere! 😱 At that point, I honestly thought we were going to have to replace the entire countertop. I decided to give this super glue remover gel a try, and WOW - it worked like magic! I left it on for about 8 hours, and the glue was completely gone. You would never know what had happened! Absolutely amazing product. I didn't know this stuff existed, but I'm glad I found it. Worked a treat on the best glue Locktite has :)
