This conditioner is a good affordable option! You get a large amount of product for the same price as higher end conditioners that come in a much smaller bottle.This is their coconut milk conditioner and it has a light coconut scent to it. It’s a very pleasant smell that’s also not overwhelming. The product consistency is your standard white thicker conditioner. You don’t need too much of it to cover the ends of your hair, as it spreads pretty well.I like that this is a refill style bottle, as it saves on plastic and it’s very easy to refill a bottle you already have. It also saves me from having to run out to the store when my bottle runs out, as I have extra stored.This conditioner does make my hair feel soft after using, however, it isn’t a life changing conditioner. It does as you would expect, which for the price I think is good. However, I didn’t give it 5 stars because I feel like there are conditioners that do more and make your hair look silky and soft, instead of just soft. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for an affordable conditioner!

I absolutely understand the need to reduce plastic waste, but I am not a huge fan of this bag. I found it hard to refill my containers without actually spilling the product. I love OGX hair products, so watching some spill was such a bummer. Love the product, just not the bag!

The large container is way better for the environment.Instead buying several small bottles which doesn’t last me more than 2 months I can refill with this and save some money.The fragrance is good also the conditioner is descent. Does the job to keep my hair hydrated.Overall a good value

Great slip for detangling. Very moisturizing and smells yummy.

This conditioner smells amazing. It has a strong coconut scent that fills up the shower and lingers in your hair. The formula was softening and felt like it conditioned my hair well. I don’t love that it had dimethicone (a silicone) in it and wish they made a silicone free version. I feel like it’s harder to wash out of the hair. I do like that they use egg whites for their source of protein. The refill bag was easy to use and to dispense into a bottle. You could even dispense it straight out of the bag, if you have the shower space for it.

I didn't know it was supposed to be for a refill.but this was the first time using it. It made my frizzy hair really soft. The smell is amazing.

I love the OGX coconut line! If you like a traditional coconut scent you’ll love this line. It has a medium consistency. My hair is thick, coarse & frizzy and this smooths my hair out nicely and gives it a great scent. I get the idea behind the refill pouch to reduce plastic, but you can recycle the bottles whereas you can’t recycle these pouches. So wouldn’t this just produce more waste?
